Education

Education for Every Child

Every child deserves a chance to learn, grow and reach their fullest potential – regardless of where they were born.

WHY EDUCATION?

Millions of children across India attend school but do not learn. The gap between enrolment and actual learning outcomes remains one of the most critical challenges in our education system.

Children from underprivileged families face compounding disadvantages — inadequate school infrastructure, lack of qualified teachers, no support at home for studies, and economic pressure that pulls them out of school entirely before they complete their education.

Girls face additional barriers — social pressure, safety concerns and the expectation that household responsibilities come beforel earning.

“Only 44%” Of students completing Class 8 in India can read a Class 2 level text (Source: ASER Report)

“Girls” Dropout rates remain significantly higher among girls from low-income urban and semi-urban households due to social and economic barriers
