WHY WE NEED SKILLING ?

Millions of young people in India complete their education every year — but lack the practical, market-ready skills that employers actually need.

Women from economically weaker sections often have ability and drive — but no access to training, mentorship or financial support to convert that potential into income.

School dropouts and daily wage workers are trapped in cycles of low income — not because they lack capability, but because they have never been given the right opportunity.

We facilitate formation, registration and capacity building of SHGs — helping members access credit, savings and collective livelihood opportunities.
