Technology for Inclusive Growth

The digital revolution is reshaping every industry, every opportunity and every future — and we are making sure no community gets left behind in it.

WHY TECHNOLOGY ?

India is in the middle of one of the most significant economic transformations in its history — the digital economy. From government services moving online to entire industries being rebuilt around AI, data and software — the world is changing at a speed that leaves the unprepared behind.

And the unprepared are almost always the same people who were already left behind — young people from low-income communities who never had access to a computer, women who were told technology is not for them, daily wage workers whose jobs are being automated without anyone offering them a path forward.

The digital divide is the new poverty line. Those who understandand can use technology will have access to opportunity, income and participation in the modern economy. Those who do not will be locked out.

HOW WE DO ?

A structured learning pathway — from assessing digital readiness to placing participants in tech roles or supporting them to build their own ventures.

Technology Flowchart — Yugseva Foundation
Yugseva Foundation — Programme Delivery

Technology & Innovation — 7-Step Learning Pathway

Phase 1 — Assess & Design
Step 01
Community Tech Assessment
We assess existing digital access, device ownership, internet connectivity and baseline digital skill levels in the target community.
Output: Community tech needs report
Step 02
Digital Readiness Assessment
Each participant's current digital skill level is individually assessed before enrolment — so we place them in the right programme at the right level.
Output: Individual skill baseline card
Step 03
Curriculum Design & Preparation
We design the training curriculum around participants' real skill gaps and local job market needs — not generic content, but relevant, applicable learning.
Output: Customised programme curriculum
Phase 2 — Train & Build
Step 04
Structured Training Delivery
Classroom and lab sessions with qualified tech trainers and mentors — covering digital literacy, AI foundations, mobile technology or innovation labs based on the participant's pathway.
Output: Skill progression per session
Step 05
Hands-on Project Work
Participants work on real projects using industry tools and technology — building actual products, solving real problems and developing a practical portfolio of work.
Output: Project portfolio built
Phase 3 — Connect & Grow
Step 06
Industry & Ecosystem Linkages
We connect graduates to employers, startup ecosystems, government tech schemes and mentors — bridging the gap between training and real opportunity in the digital economy.
Output: Industry introductions made
Step 07
Placement Tracking & Alumni Support
We track every participant's employment or entrepreneurship outcome and support our growing alumni network — because the relationship does not end at certificate day.
Output: 6-month placement report
Industry-standard training only: All technology training at Yugseva Foundation uses industry-standard tools and platforms. Participants graduate with skills directly applicable in real jobs and businesses. We teach what works — not just theory. Every graduate receives a Yugseva Foundation Technology Training Certificate on successful completion.

STORIES OF CHANGE

A young person who had never touched a computer now builds apps. A woman who thought technology was not for hernow runs a digital business. A student who had no idea what AI was now explains it to others. These are our most powerful outcomes.
